Fun factor
The castle is a gorgeous location so the views are totally worth it. We booked tickets online. Upon arrival it is unclear where to go. There's no good signage. So the gate was open and we walked around, but had no guide or information as to what the numbers meant. Then we walked out through the shop and the woman working there was incredibly rude. This ruined the entire experience.
