Guided hiking weekend in the Upper Sûre Nature Parc next to the reservoir lake. The two strenuous daily stages are suitable for experience adult hikers. Starting point and finish are the Lultzhausen youth hostel. A barbecue after the first day hike is served. With overnight stay at a dormitory.
On the weekend of the 25th and 26th of September, the animation team of Lultzhausen youth hostel organises a guided 2-day hike through nature in the region of the Upper Sûre lake in the north of the country.
This strenuous tour with 20 and 28 km per stage and lots of ups and downs is suitable for experienced hikers with an average speed of about 4 km/hour or 5km/hour. The programme includes the colourful biodiversity and beautiful landscapes of the region around the pont Misère and the villages of Insenborn, Burfelt, Kaundorf, Lultzhausen and Esch-sur-Sûre.
This guided 2-day hike is an activity starting and ending at Lultzhausen youth hostel. After the hike, a delicious barbecue is served to the participants here in the youth hostel's in-house restaurant ‘Melting Pot’. With overnight stay at the youth hostel.
This year, the participants can take part in a yoga session by ‘Flow by Fran’ before and after the hike to stretch their muscles and be in good shape.
As in previous years, the hiking weekend is organised by the Luxembourgish youth hostelling association in cooperation with the Carlo Hemmer foundation.

- In case of cancellation less than 1 week before the date, a charge equivalent to 50 % of the value of the activity will be incurred.
- In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the date, a charge equivalent to 25 % of the value of the activity will be incurred.
