“A Schiewesch” Country Museum: Everyday life in the olden days
A 300-year-old farmhouse in Binsfeld is home to an exhibition of everyday objects from centuries gone by. Take a journey back in time and find out what daily life was like for the residents, farmers and craftsmen of the former villages of the Ardennes. That includes making bread in the old-fashioned way, because the wood oven is regularly fired up. Other animations such as tractor rides or hiking tours can be organised on request as well. Digital media are used to bring the region’s history to life in an up-to-date and practical way.
