Luxembourg's first forest bathing path was opened in Ettelbruck.
At a total of 6 stations, you can experience the forest with each of your senses and slow down ideally. The ability to feel yourself intensively in nature is trained.
Avoid distractions such as mobile phones or music players on the way and take enough time.
The trail starts at the Camping in Ettelbruck. Follow the path up a short climb to the edge of the "Wëllerbësch", where the first signpost is located.

The tradition of "Forest bathing" (Shinrin-yoku) comes originally from Japan.
There, sylvotherapy is a recognised form of treatment for diseases caused by a hectic lifestyle.
