The gastronomy of the Éislek offers a rich and varied selection of fine food such as ham, honey, mustard and cheese. Beers such as Diekirch, Simon, Ourdaller and "Heischter Béier" convince with quality and originality. Natural cosmetics from the "Bléi vum Séi" are also produced in the Éislek.
You can find the products of the Éislek on numerous menus of the regional restaurants, in various local shops or at traditional festivals, markets and events. You can also visit one of our regional farm shops!
