Diekirch - Däiwelselter
The "Däiwelselter", the Devil’s Altar, is the oldest monument in Diekirch. Little is known about its original form. In 1892, the vestiges were transformed into a 7m high archway. 2 human skeletons were discovered, dating back to 4250 – 4040 and 3020 – 2880 BC.
