Latin Standards & Jazz
TRACK FIVE was founded in 2017 – centered around the vocalist Annick Hermann, the five musicians perform stripped-down arrangements of well-known jazz standards, bossa nova, and contemporary pop classics like those from Stevie Wonder or Burt Bacharach, for instance.
The sound is characterized by electric guitar and bass, and can be described as “modern electric jazz.” The group is equally adept at creating extended improvisations as well as providing gentle accompaniment to a composition or a solo voice.
