No, unfortunately, we do not offer a waiting list. However, tickets may become available again if someone cancels their reservation. We recommend checking our website regularly if you wish to book tickets.

To give others the chance to visit the gardens of Berg Castle, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend. This way, your tickets can be made available to other visitors.

When booking, you must provide the personal details of each participant. If these details change or if a mistake was made, please send an email to info@visit-eislek.lu including the following information:
– Booking number
– Name of the person who made the booking
– Name of the participant to be changed
– Name of the new participant

As the number of tickets is limited, a maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per order.

No, the Visit Éislek office is closed on weekends. Any requests received will be handled from Monday onwards.
