Our Standards for AI use

We use AI tools to enhance accessibility, inclusivity, and creativity. However, we uphold strict standards regarding their application:

  • AI-generated content: AI can be used for translations or accessibility improvements (e.g., image captions or ALT text features). AI-assisted content will be reviewed by a human before publication.
  • No AI in certain areas: We do not use generative AI for critical information such as legal policies, customer service responses without human oversight, or any content where authenticity and authorship are essential.
  • No AI imagery: We do not use generative AI to create or enhance any location images used on this site. We cannot guarantee this for third-party content.
  • Ethical Commitment: We are committed to responsible AI use, guided by principles of fairness, transparency, and inclusivity. We continuously evaluate our AI systems to ensure they align with ethical standards.
  • Transparency: Wherever AI-generated media is used, we aim to clearly indicate its AI origin.

AI is not infallible. We strive to ensure our systems are accurate, but errors may occur. We welcome feedback and provide channels for users to report concerns or request human review.
