Biggest medieval sectacle in Luxembourg and Greater Region

The Medieval Festival at Vianden Castle has become an annual highlight in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Against the spectacular backdrop of the castle, a colourful programme of knightly romance, medieval music, jugglers and medieval market bustle is offered. Over several days, numerous participants fill the entire castle complex with life: knight camps, fire and battle shows, jugglers and minstrels allow young and old alike to immerse themselves in a bygone era.
In addition to impressive performances, visitors can expect a diverse medieval market with handicrafts, calligraphy and culinary specialities. Every year, the festival offers an unforgettable experience for all age groups.

A free shuttle bus service runs on both weekends between 12 noon and 7 p.m.
