conditions of participation (GTC) for the competition

1. Organiser

• The competition is organised by ORT Éislek asbl.

2. Participation

• Participation is free of charge.
• The competition is open to all residents aged 18 and over.
• Each participant may only take part once and may win a maximum of one copy of the hiking guide ‘Éislek - Dein Augenblick’, KOMPASS-Verlag.

Procedure of the competition

• To take part, the question on the form must be answered correctly.
• Everyone who submits the correct answer will win a copy of the hiking guide.
• Participants will be notified by e-mail if further information is required for delivery.

Dispatch & prize

• The prize is a copy of the hiking guide (no cash value can be substituted).
• It will be sent by post to the address provided.
• The organiser accepts no liability for delays or losses during shipping.

Data protection

• The data collected will only be used to organise the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
• The data will be deleted at the end of the competition.

Other details

• Legal recourse is excluded.
• The competition may be terminated prematurely for good cause.
