The Cavalcade in Diekirch is one of Luxembourg’s largest carnival parades, attracting thousands of visitors each year.

The Cavalcade in Diekirch is considered one of the highlights of Luxembourg’s carnival season. Featuring colourful floats, marching bands and costumed groups, the parade draws around 20,000 people to the city each year. Traditionally held on the Sunday before Rose Monday, the Cavalcade transforms Diekirch into a vibrant celebration of music, joy and carnival spirit.

Al Dikkrich

"Al Dikkrich" is a five-day popular festival that begins every year on the second Friday of July. Organized by the "Amis du Vieux Diekirch" in association with the sports and cultural clubs of the city, it attracts thousands of visitors drawn by the concerts and the friendly atmosphere around the Old Church built in the 5th century.
