Sing & Songwriting Edition

It’s all about the mic! The Mh[s]D and the City & Event Management of the municipality of Diekirch present the “Mikro-Mëttwoch”. 

Across three monthly workshops (May-July), participants explore different forms of performing arts, with occasional live performances, before the series wraps up in August with an open mic event.

Are you between 12 and 16 years old? Want to write your own songs but not sure how to start, or just looking for a bit of guidance? Then the Sing & Songwriting Workshop is exactly what you’re looking for! 

In this workshop, Laurie (aka ZANA) and Thomas (aka Maale Gars) will give you a practical introduction to songwriting and music production. With a mix of theory and a hands-on approach, you’ll be able to jump right in and start creating your own music. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have written your own lyrics and maybe even recorded your very first song!
