Immerse yourself in the past in the lovingly designed museum "A Schiewesch", a converted farm from the 17th century, where over 50 thematic areas in 21 rooms make former rural life come alive.

A 300-year-old farmhouse in Binsfeld is home to an exhibition of everyday objects from centuries gone by. Take a journey back in time and find out what daily life was like for the residents, farmers and craftsmen of the former villages of the Ardennes. That includes making bread in the old-fashioned way, because the wood oven is regularly fired up. Other animations such as tractor rides or hiking tours can be organised on request as well. Digital media are used to bring the region’s history to life in an up-to-date and practical way. Last entrance at 17:00.

Guided tours are also available upon request. The duration is 2 hours, suitable for groups of up to 20 people. A tour costs 30 euros and can be conducted in Luxembourgish, German, English, and French. Immerse yourself in the past and experience history firsthand!

Additionally, it is possible to stay overnight in the museum's holiday home, extending your visit and making the experience even more immersive.
