Also on the programme are a few new songs composed by Guy Schons this year. Guy Schons, born in 1950, first appeared as a singer on an RTL programme in 1961 at the age of 11. He became well-known, above all, for his ensemble ‘Dullemajik’, founded in 1975, with which he recorded and published 4 LPs and 12 CDs of Luxembourgish and European songs. On 16 June this year, Guy Schons was presented with the Ordre du Mérite by the Minister of Culture for his long career.
